To be eligible for a return or refund:

It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, boxes, and authenticity certificates (if applicable).

Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping charges).
Return Shipping
