                                         Eligibility for Return or Refund

               To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, boxes, and authenticity certificates (if applicable).

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

                          Defective or Wrong Item

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.

    • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping charges).

                   Return Shipping

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.

      • Items must be shipped using a secure, trackable, and insured courier service.

      • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

               Refund Process

        • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

        • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

        • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the error was ours).

          Exchange Option

          You can exchange an eligible item for another style or size within 7 days of receiving it.

          • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

          • Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
